LATE PAYMENTS

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of consulting services, all fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required to complete services effectively.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, strategies, and deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of United Is Wealth Inc until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

United Is Wealth Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the company operates.

CHANGES TO TERMS

United Is Wealth Inc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
